How do you fix a Muslim country?

I'm from pakistan, and christian. I'm tired of pakistan being referred to only as a rapist country, ped0, murder and terrorism ect, I feel responsible for it. There are tons of countries like these in the middle east and it all roots from islam. How do you islam wash a country and then create a new culture, beginning and purpose to these places? and steps we could take, to claim these countries back?
