26F looking for an accountability partner to upgrade our lives together (London Time, GMT+0)
Hi there,
This year hasn't been the greatest for me, and I really want to change that for the new year. The plan is to start a new morning routine to build healthy habits, become more mindful & happy, and get my life back on track in all areas. I've worked with an accountability partner a few years ago, and it honestly changed my life!
These are the habits I would like to start off with:
- wake up early consistently (ideally around 6/6:30am)
- get back into daily meditation (starting with 10m a day)
- work on my self concept, so doing my daily affirmations/ visualisations
- be productive (actually stick to my plan for the day & get things done)
- get 8h of sleep every night
So these are the things I am currently struggling to stick to by myself, but I am open to add on other things. I've always been into self-improvement and spirituality, so if you are too and are interested in upgrading your life with me, hit me up! Also, if you are struggling to stick to a workout routine, I could help with that as I am a gym freak and am currently getting my PT certification.
