Is Dyson airwrap worth it??

I’m not that type of person spending money on the brand but I will pay for the high quality. I’m not sure if I should get the Dyson airwrap. Tbh, it feels like lots of the money goes to the marketing and brand. How is it different than competitors such as Shark? Dyson is 599 and 499 on sale, and Shark is 299.
