Balance for 4 Precons table

Hi,

With some friends, we are starting a 4 player table with Precons. In the Vacuum we respectively choosed :

Timey-Wimey

Endless Punishment (already bought)

Creative Energy (already bought)

Fae Dominion

I don't know much about commander (or mtg multiplayer for that matter) but I'dd want to check if those precons are well balanced to fight each other before we buy them. If they are not, which one would you upgrade to catch up and by how much ?
