What if my autistic child doesn't have a "level"?

Just to preface im from the UK and my son doesn't have a level. He is diagnosed autistic with PDA tendancies and is high functioning and we're currently seeking a seperate ADHD diagnosis. I guess my question is am I in the right place or is there a UK specific subreddit? I'm sorry if this comes across as ignorant but I really don't understand the levelling system that I see a lot on this subreddit. Please educate me if you don't mind. Thank you in advance.
